The Oldbury & Langley Primary Care Network

We are proud to be part of The Oldbury & Langley Primary Care Network (PCN), which allows us to collaborate with other local GP practices and healthcare providers to enhance the services we offer to you.

What is a Primary Care Network?

A PCN is a group of local GP practices that work closely together, along with community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital, and voluntary services in your area. By being part of a PCN, we are better positioned to:

  • Offer a wider range of services, such as specialist clinics and extended hours.
  • Provide more proactive, personalised, and coordinated care to improve the health and well-being of our local community.
  • Share resources and expertise to improve access to healthcare services, reducing waiting times and enhancing the overall quality of care.

What Does This Mean for You? As a patient, you may be referred to other healthcare professionals within the PCN, such as clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, or social prescribers. These additional services are designed to support your health needs more comprehensively and ensure that you receive the best possible care.
